SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed or shipped until the next business day. This also includes Holidays to which then the orders will be processed following the next business day.
In an event to which we are receiving a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed an additional 2-3 business days.
If your shipment is going to experience a significant delay, we will contact you via phone or email.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 UNLESS your order includes a larger product which then is rated based on the shipping weight.
Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at the time of checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers have 12 Hours upon order placed to request a cancellation of their order. There will be no leniency given if the time frame has expired.
For cancellation, you can contact us via email or phone, and customer must provide order number and contact information.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If you find you are unhappy with your order, please contact us via phone or email. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and there will be no leniency given if the time frame has expired. Orders will be refunded with a store credit, and there will be no cash/card refund available.
Auction, Beauty, and used items are not eligible for a refund/return.
Red Meadows has the right to refuse any refund/return based on the discretion of each order.
